GE Dishwasher pdt660ssfss (pdt660ssf1ss) doesn't drain at the end of the cycle

I've cleaned the drain screens, and it seems to drain if I start a rinse cycle then hit cancel... But if I leave it running a full cycle overnight there's an inch or two of water in the basin.

I am thinking it is probably a seed or something somewhere, but I need a service manual to take it all apart (which I don't have, and there isn't one on here either).  Thoughts on where I should start looking?

If the water is clear , Start the same cycle you had done when you had the draining issue .Then monitor it and when you know it has shut of and the cycle has just finished, open it up and see if the water has fully drained . If it has , then don't use it and go back to it later after several hours and see if the bottom has water in it . The same amount of time just  like you had mentioned overnight. If the water is in the bottom and it's clean. Then it is likely the water inlet valve is bad and letting water in slowly. Two ways to check are 1) Sometimes you can look on the side where the water comes in and see a steady little stream just barely going into the tub . 2) remove the water inlet hose on the dishwasher side of the inlet valve and see if tiny slow drops of water seep through the valve when it is not supposed to.    Also check the drain hose going into the disposal or drain line and make sure you have a high loop in the drain hose to prevent water back flowing into the dishwasher from the disposal.
