110.82671100 timer won't advance

110.82671100 washer wasn't letting in water. I realized the pressure switch was broken, so I replaced it. Water comes in properly and stops at designated levels, but will do nothing after that. If I move it to drain, it will drain and spin on its own. However, I can't advance it to any part of the cycle manually to agitate it. Any ideas?

If it matters, I noticed that one of the wires going to the pressure switched was spliced together. Like I said though, the pressure switch works otherwise now that it has been replaced.

Got a part# for the tech sheet?

One of my problems is, I rarely work on mechanical washers. Everything I touch seems to require a NASA scientist. I wish I saw more of these so I would be as familiar with them as VMW's & Samsungs. For now, I just watch Diag n repair vids on the older direct and belt drive washers for fun..

I seem to remember a lid switch on a model like this causing me a similar problem..

the wire that is spliced " going to the switch"..That wire may be going to the motor..The pressure switch divides the fill from the motor action.  The pressure switch was power to it, on fill it powers the water valves....As the water level is reached it switches power to the motor... .Check the wire diagram and  the cam chart ...Per coley's request  for the tech sheet number.... it will help to verify voltage check points...

Admittedly, I am not well versed in following these diagrams. The purple wire coming off the pressure switch is the one that is spliced.
