I have a Samsung dishwasher that had a 7E code a number of months ago. I replace the main circuit board and motor/ sensor assembly that drives the water wall. The code went away but now the lower rack will not get clean, the underside of the bowls.There are no obstructions.  I rechecked my work and the wire connectors are good, in fact I again replaced just the motor because I thought that it may have been bad, because I could hear a grumbling sound or maybe a slipping sound, it is not coming from the sump because I pulled that out to check if there was anything in it, including the sump motor. If I pull the water wall to the front it will rest towards the back and stay there. I thought about getting a whole new water wall assembly but I don't want to spend the money if it will not fix it. The machine is a few years old. Voltages going to the motor are 120Vac from main board. Any suggestions would be great, thanks.

Make  sure that the water wall ssrmbly is not jamming up on the vane any where what do ever . I am assuming you are testing it without the dish rack in place to. I’m thinking that the waterwall assembly is not smoothly riding back and forth in the allotted time it is supposed to possibly.  The water wall assembly at this point is the only part you haven’t replaced right also. So I would recheck the waterwall assembly for obstructions any where,
