Whirlpool fridge ice maker not working.

Hi my maytag fridge ice maker is not working. I check all the water valves in the fridge and they are working perfectly fine. Decided to go and replace the ice maker assembly. After the replacement I could here the ice maker running and the fan in the back working. After one minute it filled with water and I was sure it' going to work. The day after I checked if there is ice and the icemaker didn' got the ice cube from the tray. They where sitting frozen there. I thought it might be the heating element so I checked with whirlpool and its coming together with the new icemaker assembly. Is it possible that I have a defected control board??? Please if anyone can give me some answers or ideas I will appreciate it cause I'm totally lost.

Here are the details of the mn and pn

Model number: mfi2269vem7

Part number: w10882923

Regards,

Omer

Your ice maker won’t cycle unless the temperature sensor on the ice tray is cold enough. Each design is a bit different as far as what temperature.

Try to get a good temperature reading near ice maker. I’ll try to check specs tomorrow temp needed for your model.

I believe it has to be 15 degrees or colder...

really need to put into test mode and pull any error codes.
