FEF375GCA Not heating - Anywhere

_{Frigidaire Stove model Fef375gca isn't working. The burner tops aren't turning on and neither element inside is working. The breaker is on, the display reads what it should read. Preheat light goes on, but never heats, hot burner light goes on but no burner heat.} 

_{is this a control board issue despite the control board giving a proper display?}

Could it be that there's some sort of electrical problem? Maybe it's getting the 120 it needs for the display to work but not the 240 needed for heating...

Flip breaker completely off then back on.

You can visually inspect the main terminal where the power cord connects to see if 1 leg has burned open from a loose connection. To go any further you're going to need a meter.
