Gas Oven Broiler not Igniting

I have a Frigidaire Gas Range, FGGF3054MFJ, and the Broiler will not ignite.  I have replaced the ignitor, but still will not light.  The ignitor will glow red but the gas never starts flowing.  Looking for suggestions for next steps.  Thank you for your time.

The gs valve should open after the amp draw at the ignitor reaches 3.2 - 3.6 ohms. If the amp reading is high enough then make sure a mouse or something did not clog up the gas line between the gas safety valve and the burner. If that’s clear then it sounds like to safety valve is bad. If the wires are long enoug( you may be able to swap the ignitor wires at the valve to confirm but you would want to shut it down pretty quick since the ignitor won’t be close to the burner that is filling with gas. Part number: 316031501
