The dryer starts then stops or doesn't start at all, or makes noise when you press start but doesn't go.

Uses same schematic and tech sheet as for this model 

 

I'd be on the look out for something caught in the blower and binding the motor, worn idler pulley, some kind of weird but eyeball-able mechanical problem. May not need the schematic on this one, at least at first. But parts manual may help:
