Bosch SHU9915UC/06 dishwasher continuously runs, won't go into drain cycle

I've tried putting it into cancel/drain mode where it would normally immediately drain and beep when finished. Instead it keeps running as if it's going through continuous wash/rinse cycles. I already checked to make sure there is no debris stuck in the bottom of the dishwasher and it is all clear. Although, probably not related, we recently replaced the drain hose because the old one had a hole in it and was leaking.

(Ugh, previous post went up before I was able to add model #, etc. It appears there's no way to edit or delete a post.)

You'll need to pull the front kick panel off and the cover plate behind that to access the flood prevention system. These dishwashers have a float in the bottom pan that when activated will force the unit to continue to drain to prevent water damage to electrical components.  Many of my customers confuse the sound of the drain pump running with the sound of the machine running. There may be water still under the dishwasher in the floor pan.  Google Bosch dishwasher flood sensor for more information.  The drain hose replacement could absolutely be related here.

There is no water in the floor pan and it is completely dry. I checked for any debris that may be blocking the float switch. It appears clear and can easily move up and down.

Could it be I have a faulty diaphragm? In the repair manual I found, it says: If the dishwasher repeatedly fills and drains the cause is most likely a faulty Diaphragm. I tested the three terminal float switch for continuity and it appears to be working properly.

Does someone have any suggestions for me?

I set the dishwasher to Cancel/Drain mode. It sounds like it is filling with water for about 6 seconds. Then it moves into what sounds like water circulating in wash or rinse cycle. It ran that way for 15 minutes when I turned it off. When the dishwasher is put into Cancel/Drain mode, the drain pump should run for 60 seconds to end the program.

When I opened the dishwasher, the arms have been moving with some water coming out of the top arm. Also, the water is hot.
