GE Dishwasher GDT695SSJ0SS jet bracket issue

Hello all,
We have the GE dishwasher listed in the subject, purchased in Jan 2017. A few months ago the adhesive for the metal bracket that attaches to the stainless steel interior gave and broke loose. Unfortunately it now sags and interferes with the top rack drawer.
We have called GE and although it is obviously a craftsmanship flaw, their warranty is only one year and they want $125 for a service call, $125/ hr for Labor.
My wife attempted to superglue it when it first happened, but it only held for a few days. I then tried JB weld, which didn’t work- I think there’s too much vibration.
It looks like it was some adhesive they used to attach it- doesn’t look like a weld or anything. I figured it must be something special to deal with the vibration.
Does anyone know how the bracket can be reattached?

What about a short stainless screw up through the top of the tub? You could even use a little silicone if you’re worried about it leaking
