GE Profile refrigerator not blowing air.

Hello Sir,

I have a GE Profile refrigerator(Side doors with bottom freezer) Model# PFE29PSDASS.

Woke up in the morning with food in the freezer thawed out and the refrigerator totally dead. The only thing that

looks operational are the lights. I also noticed that there is no air circulating at all inside the freezer (bottom) nor the top. Zero air movement. When i turn off the power  the evaporator fan spins for like 10-15 seconds and shuts off.

I hear a slight humming noise in the freezer compartment but no visible parts moving. Thats about it.

I started working on diagnosing the problem by replacing the parts one by one and putting back the old part.

1) Replaced evaporator fans - no luck. same symptoms. Put back the old part.

2) Replace control panel - no luck. same symptoms. Put back the old part. flashing green light on the control board.

3) fridge thermistor(Top portion) -- no luck. same symptoms

4) Removed the thermostat and connected straight -- no luck. same symptoms

I also figured out to disconnect the inverter from the compressor. I am unable to take it out from the compartment since it it too tight.

I was not sure how to test the inverter.  Any help is totally appreciated.

Thanks

Vinod
