Amana ABB2224WEW1 — Refrigerator too cold

My refrigerator is set at the lowest setting and things slowly freeze. 
 

A little background...About 3 months ago the refrigerator was warm but the freezer was cold. There was ice on the coils so I replaced the Jazz board. The refrigerator has seemed to be colder than usual but nothing froze until recently. 
 

Through diagnostics the dampener seems ok (it opened and closed). So I don’t believe that to be the problem. 
 

What do I check next (and how)?

Do any testing to determine if board was at fault? Although They usually are. 
 

where did you buy new board?

did programming of new board go okay?

I have not done any board testing.  How do I do that?

I purchased the board from Amazon.

I matched the code on the freezer/refrigerator temperature displays to the one on the sticker inside the refrigerator (01) and as far as I can tell it went ok.

Find the tech sheet on the refrigerator and go through the programming steps again. The board might have not taken the first programming attempt.

How do I determine the code?

It is on the model number tag. Usually  CODE and 2 numbers.

This tag is found on side wall inside refrigerator section.

The program code matches the sticker inside the refrigerator. I have tried to change it so I could change it back to “reset” it but it seems fixed. Any other tips?

I was able to reprogram the board to a random code and then program it again to the code on the sticker inside the refrigerator (01) however this has not yielded any changes. 
 

What else can I do?

Next would be to check the thermistor.

Thermistor reading was good. 
 

I used an IR thermometer to see that the thermistor was at ~77F. 
 

The resistance read just over 10 kOhm which is where is should be. 
 

What do I try next?

Is there a way to validate the Jazz PCB is good?

Thought the problem was refrigerator was too cold. 77f too warm for a refrigerator section, should around 38f. What the temps in the refrigerator and freezer?

The fridge is too cold. I warmed up the thermistor with my hand to 77F since that was one of the data points on the spec sheet.

Look like we are coming back to the jazz board. If you still have original board try putting it back to see if refrig warms up.

Not sure, several guys on the forum use the generic from amazon.

Check the condenser coils! May be dirty
