If it isn’t a valid model number, there’s no way for anyone to find a service manual/tech sheet for it.

That being said, it looks like another Canadian model or something that we may not have access to anything

Now I know that the model number is right. 
How can I repair if I don’t find service manuals😩

I am not finding for the majority of the appliances that I work with.

Unfortunately, since most of us are based in the US, there's only so much that we have access to for foreign models. We'll keep doing the best we can to track stuff down.
