If you have a PDF that isn't already in the File library here at Appliantology, send it to us by attaching it to the contact form.
Also, follow this Calendar Event so you'll get notified of new posts here. Look for the "Follow" button either at the top of the topic on desktop or below the topic on mobile.

2.5 years old and stopped working. None of the lights on the control panel light up. It appears like its getting no power. I have replaced the control board and control assembly and still not working.  I have checked the outlet and its working I have also checked the wires that go into the control board and I'm getting 120 VAC to the control board.  I'm stuck and can't figure this out. Any help would be appreciated.

Looked at the tech sheet, pretty basic machine. Other than the door switches you replaced all the main working parts for control/display. There are 2 power inputs, 1 hot all the time, 1 going through door switch. Also hot and neutral have there own switch.

If you have done continuity time to move on to taking voltage readings. You will need measurement at the board for both 120vac input including neutral.

Have you checked the continuity of the harness between the two boards?

We recently dealt with a 2466 that had gotten installed in a home with mice and they appropriated the red and black wiring harness lines for bedding, causing the unit to refuse to power on even after replacing both boards.

I'd start by visually checking the harness, from under the machine, through the door channel, up to the top. If that seems intact, unplug the ends and use a meter to do a continuity test on each of the corresponding pins.
