Samsung Dishwasher Woes after pump replacement

Trying to determine what's going on with this dishwasher, it is a Samsung DMT400RHS. The original circulation pump motor failed after the seal leaked. So I purchased another pump and new seal for the motor shaft. It seemed like a pretty straight forward repair, the pump spins but the water only streams out of the arms instead of spraying. I've disassembled / reassembled it several times, I tried flipping the chopper blade over which didn't work. I've removed the impeller and sump and reseated everything. I'm not sure what could be wrong. I made a couple videos below, one shows the lack of action from the spray arms when fully assembled and the other shows the impeller spinning with the covers removed so the pump does seem to be functional.
 
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'd hate to wheel this thing to the curb after purchasing a motor and seal!

The part number for the motor was DD31-00008a. Both motors had a sticker marked IC-61225SSDWB. Unfortunately the old motor is completely locked up, so I cannot compare the direction of rotation by powering it. However there is a stamp with a CCW arrow (from the bottom), which would be clockwise from the top.

There was one oddity with the replacement, the screw that holds the impeller on the old motor was a standard thread, the screw that holds the impeller on the new motor was reverse thread and I had to get a new screw. Is it possible that the new motor is turning the opposite direction? The motor has the same markings, same plugs, etc.

The plug looks like I could pop the wires out and swap them pretty easily. There's a blue / white / black wire on the power harness. Would switching the wires around make the motor spin the other way?

No.  They're single-phase AC motors.  Swapping the wires won't change direction of rotation.

Although you seem to have ordered the correct part number, I have to wonder if it's configured wrong from the factory. 

A motor which runs CW (which your new motor IS) would, indeed, require a left-hand threaded screw so it wouldn't back out during operation - due to inertia.  The fact that your old motor's impeller screw was right-hand thread would be proper, since it should run CCW.

Thanks for the diagram, looks like you are right. I read up on reversing a 3-wire motor, looks like I'd have to get in there and swap soldered connections to the windings. Looks like I may just need to purchase the whole sump assembly so I can be guaranteed that the pump and impeller are correct.

I can confirm that it was the motor causing the issue. I picked up a replacement sump used and the attached motor had a standard thread on the impeller. I swapped the motor in and everything is working as expected.

BTW:  I wanted tell you that every time I watch your second vid, it makes ME jump TOO!
