GE Range - Half burner assembly won't light

I have a GE Cafe Series range (CGS985SET8SS) where only half of the right front burner has flames when turned on.  This started happening when we removed the burners to do some cleaning (the burners themselves were not cleaned).  As a longshot, I've tried cleaning out the burner holes with a pin but that hasn't helped (they aren't clogged or dirty). Any ideas?

Other than making sure all parts are positioned correctly, you can remove the orifice and make certain there is no grit or debris in there. Remove the burner head and you can see it in there. The size is usually 7mm. Piece of electrical tape in the end of the socket and you can get it up out of there. Don't drop it.

Thanks for the reply. I removed the burner and could see that one of the valves (the one where I was getting no flame) supplying the burner was blocked. Used a paper clip to clean it and flame is back! Thanks for your help!
