GE Profile PZS25KSECFSS Both Refrigerator and Freezer Not Cooling

I have tested the inverter connection on the motherboard, it is between 5.0 - 5.50 VDC and is the same at the inverter plug.  I have disconnected the power and unplugged the inverter board plug from the compressor and I get 7.6-7.8 ohms on for all pin tests.  Both the condenser and evaporative fans are running and the condenser has been cleaned.  The compressor is running.  I have replaced the inverter board since the motherboard voltage seems to be in the 4-6 range and compressor resistance test, from what I have read so far is in range as well.  I plugged the refrigerator back in and has been running for 3 hours but still doesn't seem to be cooling.

Thoughts?

Thank you,

Curtis

The compressor is running.

Compressor running and no cooling is most likely a sealed system issue.  You can double check by looking at the evaportor or evaporators for frost.

Assuming you waited 24 hours and compressor is actually running and unit is not cooling it will tell us you have somewhat of a sealed system,  bad compresser or leak in you sealed system,

Just plugged it back in to run for 24 hours (8:34pm 11/21/2020), but I'm guessing it is done.  I ran the diagnostic test that runs everything at 100% for an hour and there was no cooling at all.

Benn running for 12+ hours, still not cooling at all in fridge and freezer.

Sadly sounds like you need your sealed system checked out and maybe a bad compressor
