RF32FMQDBSR/AA fridge section only cooling to 45 degrees, almost no ice on evaporator HELP

I have a June 2014 Samsung RF32FMQDBSR/AA that has a perfectly working freezer, but the fridge section isn't cooling properly. It was around 55 degrees, then I pulled it out and cleaned the massive amount of dust out of the Condenser. I am seeing around 45 degrees now inside the fridge.
Both compressors are 134a.

I have verified the following:

1. Unit is now clean and dust free now. Condenser by compressors was pretty dust covered, I cleaned that and fan, plus blew dust out of whole area with compressed air. After doing this interior temp went from about 52-55 down to 45.
2. Interior temp switch seems to be reading properly. Says its 43, inside I measure about 45.
3. The fan inside the fridge does blow with good draft, outlet air temp is around 45.
4. I did run a forced defrost mode with no improvement.
5. Circuit boards seem ok, no flashing leds.
6. No error codes on fridge itself.
7. Tops of both compressors does feel warm. The right one (freezer) is a decent bit warmer. Left one (fridge)does catch some draft from the condenser fan so i expect it to be a bit cooler.
8.  The fridge evaporator has ice on main line only..... evaporator itself is dry and not cold to touch. In fact you can see a picture here on my other forum post.... https://www.applianceblog.com/mainforums/threads/rf32fmqdbsr-aa-fridge-section-only-cooling-to-45-degrees-help.84098/

Not sure where to go next with this?   I'm sure its a sealed system issue.  Compressor inefficient, coolant leak, or system restriction.
These fridges are like 4 grand to replace.   I really want to try and fix this, parts are pretty cheap online.

Any ideas?
