LG LFXS30766S /03 Water/Ice won't dispense

our LG fridge won't dispense ice or water through the door dispenser.  It still makes ice so water is getting to the icemaker (is inlet valve ok?). the interior light turns off when the doors are closed (is door sensor ok?) when I press either dispenser there is an audible click and the dispenser light comes on, put nothing dispenses. Thoughts?

Water line frozen in the door, door switch, Dispenser board problem, Broken switch, Broken water line, broken wire/ loose connection. Some lg's have 2 water valves

Water line frozen in the door - but the ice maker which is in the door, is still getting water

door switch - door alarm thinks its closed and light goes off

 Dispenser board problem,- This seems most likely - both dispensers failed at the same time

Broken switch - both dispensers failed simultaneously

Broken water line - making ice - house not flooding

broken wire/ loose connection - maybe, is there a wire that would impact both dispensers?

. Some lg's have 2 water valves - do you know if this one does? LFXS30766S /03
