EI28BS65KS09 Electrolux fridge, compressor inverter problem.

Hi, I have a compressor that would not run, the embraco inverter is receiving the correct AC and DC voltages , 120VAC and the 4-6VDC from the main board.

The compressor winding read the same Ohms on all 3 pins, 15.7Ohms. so I think the compressor is fine.

here is the fridge/Compressor/inverter info :

Electrolux fridge model # EI28BS65KS09

Compressor (513900017 VEMY 4H) , 230V - 53 to 150Hz, 2.1A, LRA2.1A 3HP.

Embraco Inverter info(519306005) input:115-127V 50-60Hz,3.3A, 1hp   output:230V -53 to 150Hz, 2.1A ,3hp.

Just in case I purchased a new inverter from INVERTEC the same spec as above inverter , and this one too did not work with my compressor.

I also, purchased a compressor(this one is VEMY 6H) with inverter included , but I just realize that its a little too big and would not fit in the area the old one was.  it is too tall. but I was told it was a replacement to the VEMY 4H compressor.  BTW, I also measured the resistance of the new compressor winding and they are 6.3Ohms on all 3 pins. so I'm not sure if the 15.7Ohms resistance of my  compressor is normal.

Does anybody have a way to test these inverters to make sure they are working.?
