Email notification

Can I set up to recieve email notifications to responses from the site. I would like to know a little sooner about responses.

Yes, you can! If you click on the bell icon toward the upper right of the page, then click on Notification Settings, you'll be taken to a page where you can completely customize what you get notifications about and how you get those notifications.

I recommend that you set it so that you get emails about followed content, among other things.
