Greeting y-all,

I am looking for an alternative to Muriatic Acid to use to run through the dishwasher.  This is a big problem here in the South West.  The Muriatic Acid is a bit pungent, and if not used properly can be big trouble. I have tried the CLR and Lime a way and have received poor results. I am looking for a powdered version, that is easy for people to use. Any suggestions? or products that you can recommend?

Citric acid works almost as good and is much more pleasant.  Very inexpensive, too.  You can buy it from your parts distributor (or any good hardware store) by the bag for mere shekels.
