Good morning!  Just sitting here with COVID and wondering if, since I am a independent one man band and have the Tech Service $197/yr.  If I can upgrade it to the Professional?  I have been frustrated not being able to download tech sheets for the mass amount of units I service, and since I have a 5 star rating in service I am getting pounded with calls.  I really need to have access.  Not bad for a 66 year old LOL

You already are a Professional Appliantologist member, which gives you full access to our Downloads section. Are you having issues downloading any of the files there?

Yes, but that may be due to trying to do it from my IPad rather than my pc

Make sure that you're logged into your account on your iPad -- you won't be able to download from that device unless you're logged in there.

Im going to be adding another tech to the company soon. This website has a ton of useful info that I would love for him to have. Could he use my login info or does he need his own account? Or is there a way to pay a little extra to add more users?

Glad to have your tech on board! He would need his own account. Since Appliantology is first and foremost a community, we want every member to have his own account so he can have his own voice in it.

If any of your techs are enrolled at Master Samurai Tech, then that person gets a 6 month free premium membership with an opportunity to earn a free annually renewing premium membership.

And it is worth the time to get the reoccurring subscription.  Sam has me spoiled. I come here 2 or 3 or more times a week and catch up and make posts plus I can ask most any tech question that makes me more sure of being on the correct track with diagnosis and repair.
