Customer having problem with locking mechanism. Probably need to replace locking mechanism. Manual would be helpful.

Appliantology is, however appliances are not, an exact science for I know there are a few refrigerators that actually hate me.

the only GE service ZDP36 manual I have is for ZDP36_ _ _H
(different Latch assembly)

Yeah the price for that thing is outrageous! Wanted to check for any diagnostic codes. Customer thinks lock needs to be replaced so that he can....wait for it......use Self Clean! This is despite my warning.....the price of the lock may do more than any apocalyptic speech I can give, Thanks for the info!
