If you have something specific you'd like to go over, post it here so I can have the tech lit already pulled and ready to screen share.

Per my comment, I've attached the schematic of the Frigidaire wall oven I was working on.

@kjolorenzen I need a PDF of the tech sheet so I can have good quality images to screen share. If you have that, please send it to me. If not, post a request so Sam can upload it for you.

Also, what's the problem statement on this one?

Anyone else have something they want to talk about: I need a PDF of the tech sheet and a problem statement.

I have a repair I would like to discuss:

Samsung electric dryer

Model# DVE55M9600V/A3

Complaint- the dryer remains running/I am 4th technician to be called. All other techs have told customer door switch is bad.

Where I’m at-

1 What is it doing or not supposed to be doing

Motor will run at all times if the door is shut

Motor will run if door is shut, and boards are powered off.

2 Using tech sheet, I checked switch to specs and it passed.

3 It is not the d/s

1 Go back to tech sheet and schematic

D/s has common, a wire from board, a wire to motor

Power is getting to motor, even when it should not be

2. The only other common part all components share is the main PC board.

3.PC board is getting power, and sending out the right power.

4. I have inspected the board for damage, on the visible side only.

5.Customer told me after the fact, there was an electrical issue with the furnace blower motor, it was bad enough to cause an electrical fire at the residence. They just moved back in, and noticed dryer was not working.

Well, heck, I thought it did upload as a PDF.  Problem statement is "Customer indicates error code F045 showing on screen, indicating a cooling fan error. When turning on preheat, oven will start preheat, and then will shut off about 2 minutes into heat with that error code on screen."  I've sent the PDF to the contact portal.

Got it! Posted it to the Downloads section:

This will be a good one to talk about on Sunday.

This will be a good one to discuss. No Fast Track on this one but the training manual does have a poor-quality schematic that we'll refer to:

If we have time, I'd like us to talk about the defrost system in this refrigerator:

Also, if we have time, I'd like us to talk about the indicator light circuit for the left front element in this range.

If we don't have time tomorrow, I'll save it for next week.

Here's a video that applies to @kjolorenzen's problem that we'll look at together.

Did this get gone over? I'm curious what the problem statement was.

Yes, we went over that last time. The problem statement was that the indicator light for LF burner was staying on all the time. We talked about a slick way to troubleshoot it without even using a meter. Sorry you couldn’t make it— we missed you!
