All Appliantology tech members are invited to join in the conversation for all things Appliantological: bidness, customers, tools, troubleshooting, flavorite brewski, whatever. Webcams and microphones are open and live!

This event is also a great time for any students at Master Samurai Tech to bring any and all questions about the coursework. We're happy to walk through any concepts you're having trouble with. Think of it like office hours with your teachers.

Wanted to mention that in last meeting Samurai said that the Webinar is for tech help first and that any demo's are secondary. Really classy that helping techs is first priority. I appreciate the work you all do. This is an awesome community. Two thumbs up! 👍👍

Could we do a service call procedure for a Kitchen Aid KRFF707ESS00? I'm a bit nervous about this one coming on Monday. It's the low profile ceiling icemaker fridge. Not too familiar with it and have heard horror stories. Not sure what to expect. Haven't been there yet.

Complaint is warm freezer, fridge is OK, water leaking out of the ice dispenser in the door, then after removal of ice cubes, water no longer leaks out.

I need a review on how to test the SS on these inverter compressor fridges withou using SS equipment. Not sure what normal running amp value I should be looking for on these compressors.

I'm hoping it's just a defrost issue. I think this model has an option in diagnostics to switch from ADC to 8hr defrost. If the ADC was not turning on defrost, is this a sufficient fix without replacing the ADC?
