You may need to update your jig software to the latest version.  If you get an error like "no match", and the jig cannot update automatically, you may need to manually choose the correct file using direct mode. 

 LG's technical repair website has a video explaining The crucial missing information from this service bulletin: how to find the checksum you are upgrading from as it is on a sticker on a chip near the con202 connector on the main PCB(where you plug in the jig).
