    PDuff posted a topic in DIY Appliance Repair Help

    Window a/c heat and cool 240 volt. Can turn unit on at selector switch and fans and compressor start. When unit is turned off for 5 minutes and turned back on, nothing happens. Operation control board is separate from main control board. Found a slider switch on main board marked Con - Cyc. Closest thing on the schematic shows fan cycle switch. Is this an energy saver switch and if it is, why is it hidden on the main control board in the control compartment?
