    MENCH HERE AGAIN, PLEASE tell me a SIMPLE WAY to use a multimeter (ohms setting) to check BOTH a 2 and 3 prong power tool for current leakage. Doesn't the switch have to be in the "ON" position when testing?(Power tool unpluged). What are the Specific Readings of Resistance I should have. This is what I think in each case. 2prong infinite 3 prong infinite(2 prongs) ground prong zero I CAN NOT find this on YOUTUBE. Thank you for being patient. I haven't mastered how to post and such correctly. Sincerely, Mench
