    Manufacturer: GE Type of Appliance: Refrigerator Model Number: PSS27NGMCBB Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes I found the service manual for this PSS27NGMCBB here on site. The manual is vague on replacing the lower damper. The manual says to see Service Guide 31-9075 for detail. I'm going to be replaceing the damper down below. ( knocking noise.) Service guide along with any words of wisdom would be great. Thanks Quick
