I have a three year old Electrolux Icon double wall oven E30EW85GPS7 (electric) where the lower oven will not heat to over 150 degrees, regardless of temperature setting. The upper oven works fine. This only happens in normal baking mode - switching to convection bake will set the temperature accurately. I have never used the self-clean features.Does the convection bake use a different temperature probe than what is used for regular baking? If it is different, does the temperature probe on the upper left-hand corner of the oven require complete removal for replacement? It looks like there are screws in the oven for the probe but the connection is behind the oven enclosure according the picture in the wiring manual.
