    Greetings, My dishwasher has a greasy film on the front portion of the floor/bottom of the enclosure (closest to the door). The back of the floor and the sides are all fine. The dishes and silverware come out clean and do not have any film on them. Nor do the racks. Just the bottom of the compartment in the front. The film goes rearward just about as far as the strainer for the drain. It drains completely every time with no residual water. I do not use a rinse aid, and occasionally I add a tbsp of food grade citric acid powder during the rinse cycle to keep the spots off the silverware and glassware. It's pretty much the same stuff that is in "Glisten". It makes the dishes and the rest of the compartment shine, but doesn't see to cut the greasy film on the front. For detergent, I use Finish "all in one" pre-packaged "cakes". Any thoughts or suggestions welcome. Thank you.
