    Hi, here's one that has me confused - surprise surprise right? The complaint on this one is that an ice ball forms on the metal yoke that connects to the auger. The customer says the ice ball grows untill it pushes the ice bin far enough foreward to stop the auger from working. He breaks the ice ball off and a week or two later he has another ice ball. Ice production is normal, cubes look great, no visible signs of a leak anywhere, no other problems just an ice ball about half the size of a golf ball. Any ideas?
