  1. Posted a few years ago about needing my gas safety valve rebuilt, got that done - I have read thermostats operate differently on smaller gas ranges, but though my baked stuff has turned out okay, seems like thermostat overshoots a lot, and I notice that when I try turning the thermostat down from 350 - to 300 - to 250 - 200 - the dial thermometer I have towards the front of the rack doesn't show the temp going down, and when I pull the broiler door open the flame is still burning on the burner itself - Premier's parts number catalogs don't seem to go that far back, nor repair parts places, one poster stated the part number seems like ti may be incorrect, part missing - Premier doesn't have a thermostat for this, but they made standing-pilot 24" Premier stoves until recently, I would think there should be a cross reference where some of these would work. I am going to try to disassemble the range thermostat to get a pic of it, TOAC stated they may be able to rebuild it, but normally it is a bit too new for them to be able to do that? Thoughts?
