  1. Hi, the belt has given way it has been making a noise for a while, is that common for belt failure or more likely the bearing? Drum turns freely still. The bigger question is I found a belt on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/ASKO-T700-T701-T712-T720-T741-T760-T780-T781-TD40-DRYER-BELT-8061961-8801490-/291999053424?hash=item43fc7ff670%3Ag%3A8HAAAOSwstxVKEqv part number matches up with parts sheet. The machines have had moderate use over its life, these units are about 16 years old? They sat idle for years so I would say they were used about half there life. Is it worth fixing? The washer still works and if it is should I be putting in new rollers or bearings too? i sure i can do the belt OH and the tensioner should that be done.......not sure i can handle the whole repair what do you think? Thanks
