    I have a Kenmore Elite (mod# 592-49003-02) front load washer about 8 yrs old. Recently it began banging/thumping at about the 4 minute mark of the spin cycle. Sometimes there's a burning smell. The machine is level and on a cement floor. I can't find anything RE: this make/model # online, let alone a part # for what may need fixing. I believe this model is a Samsung and Canada may have different model #'s. Any help would be most appreciated. Peter
