  1. Just noticed that all five knobs were out this morning. All burners still ignite just fine. The unit was purchased January 2019 and we have been super happy with it. While not a necessary feature, the backlit knobs were nice looking and did remind you the unit was on if you walked away from a summer, etc. I called Miele and they can't help diagnose any longer unless you are a certified tech and it was just a one year warranty so paying $100 for a visit plus time and any parts didn't seem worth it for just the LED ring lights. I did pull it today and took it halfway apart. Verified 110 voltage in a few spots, but couldn't get a bead on the 12V. There was a board that looked like it converted the voltage and another unit mounted in a more difficult spot to get to. All wires looked good. If there is any easy diagnosis I can do, electrical/circuit diagram, or troubleshooting guide that would be great. Any help appreciated!
