Maytag UI unresponsive after programming new board

I am a service technician that ran into it Maytag it has kind of left me baffled. The common issue with some of these maytags that aren't too old is they have a bad pcb control boards. Replace the board and reprogram it with code on data sticker. I have one all these fridges inside my own kitchen they are a great fridges. But I came across one the programmed it using the code and now the UI is unresponsive there's no lights on it and the dispenser doesn't work I took the board out and swapped it with my own out of my own kitchen same issue. So I know it's not the board. I have replaced the UI still same issue. I've tried holding down the buttons you press to get into the programming but still no joy. Does anybody have any help on this?
