(yes or no): Yes Have a food-left-on-dishes complaint on this unit. Nothing in sump. Customer using detergent pods and rinse-aid. Water valve replaced by previous servicer. Fills cup in upper rack in 45 seconds. Heater comes on during test cycle at appropriate wattage. NTC measures 46K at room temperature but minimanual gives no value range. Trying to figure out if heater may not be coming on during cycle.
