    Boiler fires fine ... what temp is around 200 deg F and pressure reads when I set the thermostat 5 degrees + the actual temp nothing happens! Boiler fires to maintain temp in oil water heater. I have hot water. House is comfortable temp outside is below freezing 28 degree so not terrible cold. cant detect any leaks in the house.. I think it is the circulator pump that has failed...
