I wanted to introduce myself and a new product that we recently launched a new service and operations management software platform called FullPath. We designed this product as an all-in-one solution specifically for the repair industries. I don't want to get pitchy, so I listed a handful of the features below. I listed below several of the functions that this software provides: Customer Management - creating work orders, managing estimates and invoices. Receiving - Creates an entry point for you to manage customer product coming into your facility Repairs - A customizable page that can be tailored for each customer's equipment. This includes a timer to track service times, parts that you setup can be selected, test results to ensure repairs are being completed within minimum and maximum thresholds, audit questions or checklist items that require a technician to complete before completing service. Once the initial setup is completed all of these items are customizable and can be disabled if desired. Burn-in - Allows equipment to be run per manufacturer's specifications and logged at completion. Pack - Provides a mechanism for units to be efficiently routed through your facility and staged for delivery or shipment Route Management & Logistics - If you have your own delivery personnel it allows you to create routes, assign drivers and track deliveries in real time via an iOS app that your drivers can use. Reporting - Includes customizable dashboards as well as several tabular reports to improve visibility. Thanks again for your time.
