  1. hello all, Hope you are doing well. I have a question to ask - opinions are welcomed! SO this past Friday, I had LG deliver a washer/dryer combo with the associated pedestal. Please refer to the attached photo from this point. So the delivery chaps didn't screw this top access cover on. I noticed a loud racket on high spin on the washer /dryer. I found this flap vibrating on top of the pedestal, causing this noise. I am unable to get someone to help me move the 300 pound washer/dryer combo off to screw this in. my question - i have moved this cover so it's 90 degrees( 12<-> 6 o'clock position if you can visualize this) so it no longer makes this sound. however, this means the opening is exposed down into the top of the pedestal washer itself. will this cause any issues if I leave it like this or do I need to try and screw the cover on?
