Samsung WF438AAR/XAA Front Load Washer Will Not Drain

Recommended Posts

Hello,

My Samsung WF438AAR/XAA starts a cycle and then stops at the mid point when it needs to drain. The original error I received was "TE" the thermistor, and I just replaced it. I still get the "TE" error when I go into test mode which I thought would have been dismissed after replacement. So the question is now that I get the Will Not Drain Error, and I have cleaned the filter prior, is it most likely the drain pump. Also, does the "TE" error code have more to do than the thermistor. I figured that error would remove once I replaced it.

Thank you,

JR
