I'm having an issue with the Samsung Smart Things Gas stove model NX60A6511S which I bought in April 2022.

Today it displayed error code C-F2 and became unresponsive.  As indicated in the manual,  I unplugged the oven for over 30 seconds and plugged it back in.  Now it displays nothing and the buttons are still unresponsive. I checked to make sure I didn't trip the breaker duriing the process, and the electric stove igniters are working so power isn't the issue.

Some research indicates that the error code indicated that the touchpad and the control board aren't communicating, and it could be an issue with either.  However, I'm wondering if the fact that it did display the error code before restart and nothing after would help identify what's actually causing the issue.

Any thoughts or other suggestions would be appreciated.
