Manufacturer: Heartland
Type of Appliance: Range, dual fuel, RETRO style
Model Number: 5210

Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): y

Got an odd one here. Its a Heartland (Canada) Dual fuel retro style 40's looking range Cooktop is ok but no oven or broil. When I got there I saw that the oven thermostat was clearly damaged having some of the plastic on it dried out and broken off. Thought it would be an easy fix as the replacement T-stat was already there. But no good. I found a wiring diagram pasted to the back of a panel but saw several components I'm not familiar with and the was NO way to identify the wires. (No markings or color coding). Going to need a service manual to figure this one out or maybe get in touch with their tech line (if they'll talk to me).

Anybody got anything on this oddball?

Worked on an all electric one last year, weird setups.  Mine was a surface element issue caused by the oven door latch switch not contacting properly but I doubt this will help you out.  Still, might be worth a look. Those oven switches are pressed by metal strips in the back that like to weaken, might be worth checking in case they're somehow responsible
