Hello, I have a Samsung front load washer with direct drive inverter driven motor. The problem I'm experiencing is it doesn't agitate during the wash cycle MOST of the time. It seems to spin fine as it's filling but once the water stops and it starts wash mode it has trouble spinning. It seems to want to spin but is maybe too weak to get the drum moving all the way around, it just shakes a little bit. It does this even with very light loads. It seems to spin fine when it drains the water and goes into high speed spin. It spins fine when I put it in "Quick Spin Test" and there are no error codes. Do I need a new motor stator? Any thoughts are appreciated, thanks!
