Hi everyone,

It's old one, doesn't start at all, I suspect it is a board, but not sure, I will very appreciate if you help me with the manual.

Parts Manual:

Posted

I've got a programming manual for this model. Schematics are hard to find for commercial laundry, they could be on a sticker on the machine.

Can you confirm that?

Yes. Your model uses the OPL micro non reversing control. Your model says CG75-85. The number means capacity. It's a 75 pound capacity dryer. If you find a CG model that's a 30 pound, it will be the same, same parts. Just may have different control and ignition. Those two things are variables on models, the other parts are usually the same for decades on all sizes 30-75 pound capacity, just the cabinet is different size and the gas valves are higher BTUs on larger models.  There are 30 pound, 50 pound and 75 pound models. These models are OPL (on premise laundry) which are not coin operated. They are for dry cleaners and have programable options. A coin operated model will have different control but the other parts will be the same mostly. Motors will be same on all models, there are 1/3HP and then 1/2HP on the larger ones. Your is probably 1/2HP.

You want to find a model with the same board to get the right schematic. The label on your machine says wiring sheet 44134117R2 or 44134101R2

Mountain Electronics rebuilds commercial laundry boards and they have some ready in stock. Talk to them on the phone to make sure you're getting the right part if buying a rebuilt board from them.

If yours doesn't start, see if you're getting power to the motor. Follow those wires to control. Check relay closing and door switch.
