Evaporator fan not turning on. Took fan out and hardwired it to 120v outlet and it turned on. I checked the plug going to the evaporator fan and it didn't have 120v. Most I read was 61v. Where should I look now? This happened after lightning strike outside my house that tripped my outdoor GFI outlets and dishwasher*  Thank you in advance
