Samsung Flex Washer 14C error code

I have a Samsung Flex washer, model WV60M9900AV/A5, that is giving me a 14C error code on the top washer. This is a water supply error code. There seems to be plenty of water coming into the tub. The mesh screens in the water inlets are clean. Im not getting the error on the bottom washer so that tells me its not a water pressure issue either. I actually have 2 of these washers that I bought on Facebook Marketplace to repair and flip. Both machines are giving me the 14C error code on the top washer, and am unable to determine what the issue is. Any recommendations to check are greatly appreciated.
