FG4H2272UF Frigidaire Refridgerator Condensate overflow and No Ice

Hey all. I have an issue with my Frigidaire FG4H2272UF Refridgerator.

The issues:
1. The condensate will slowly fill up and overflow over a few days of having the IM turned on and only with the IM turned on.

2. The IM will not make ice unless you manually defrost via the service menu option 72 cycled twice. This fix lasts for a day or two.

3. Occasional strange rattling noise coming from IM area, i have been able to rule out the evaporator fan, the IM solenoid, the Defrost heater, the water valve, and the auger. this doesn't need to be solved but i think it may be related?  Video of the noise https://youtube.com/shorts/0eTprmy0sEk?feature=sharea

I am an automation engineer and HVAC Tech so i know a little about this stuff but can't seem to figure out what's going on. I have purchased the service manual online and gone through the service menu and tested every function that i could and all the tests show good results except the IM defrost heater is 10 wats short of its 70 watt rating according to the service manual, but does function to heat up the IM evaporator.

The theory that i am working with is that maybe the IM defrost heater is not enough wattage to effectively defrost the coil that the coil never slowly builds up  more and more ice and spends more and more cycles defrosting instead of making ice causing excess condensate and no time available to make ice.  Does this sound like it could be possible?

Im too far from any major cities to have a repair tech come out to help me, so i'm on my own with this one.  What do you think is wrong?

Should the condenser fan be blowing air on the compressor or on the coil and condensate tray? Mine is blowing air at the compressor itself.

I learned a thing this morning, I removed the back panel and pulled the two condensate tubes out, and when I run test 56 ice maker water valve, all the water that’s supposed to be going into the ice maker goes down the condensate tube instead

Now you get to take the cover off the evaporator and see why it's doing that.

So I took that all apart, and as far as I can tell everything is good back there, but the fill tube above the ice maker is becoming an ice block within a week of every manual defrost. My setup doesn’t have a heater in this location.

two questions:

1. If the end of the IM fill pipe gets blocked, shouldn’t that block the flow entirely or do I have a busted line somewhere? or maybe the manufacturer created provisions for that water to flow into the condensate pan in the event of a blockage?

2. Is this maybe just a manufacturing defect? I was told when I bought this fridge that they had several repair persons look at it and none of them could figure out how to make it last. Is there anything that you’ve done to mitigate this freezup?

I found a possible solution on applianceblog, Their site is down right now, but i was able to pull up the cashed page via google http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:_eo48WwqekkJ:https://www.applianceblog.com/mainforums/threads/frigidaire-ffhb2750td3-ice-maker-fill-tube-freezing.69153/&client=safari&sca_esv=558622830&hl=en&gl=us&strip=1&vwsrc=0

Apparently this is a common issue with this model.  Frigidaire made a seal kit to seal off the opening a little bit so that the freezer does not freeze the opening. https://www.appliancepartspros.com/cart.aspx

It is still unclear if my water line is busted inside the lining of the refrigerator or if it's a "feature" for the ice tray water to divert to the condensate pan when the fill freezes up.

Does anybody have the part number for the seal kit? I think I have one with this problem.
