ge dishwasher used only a few times. at first the dishwasher would make a sound when no one touched and the light on start was on. now it won't power on at all. the control board underneath has a solid green light. any idea what is going on? for awhile i could turn the breaker off and back on and it would power up. now nothing. Does this mean it is bad control panel in the door instead?
